The Plant-Based Transformation is a program designed to educate participants in all aspects of Whole Foods, Plant-Based Nutrition and lifestyle modifications for optimal health, effortless weight loss and improved quality of life.
The Plant-Based Transformation is intended to empower individuals to take control of their own health with simple, achievable steps that consider behaviour modification, awareness of the bigger picture, tools, guidance and support. You will soon discover that the madness of yo-yo dieting, cravings and a chronically poor diet is related to dopamine, leptin, estrogen, gut flora and other physiological and mental triggers; and you will find that knowledge is power, and precipitates change.
The Plant-Based Transformation uses an online platform to make it simple for each person to view content, download recipes and class materials, review and repeat lessons, connect with fellow classmates in a private Facebook group and during live coaching calls. Individual questions are answered, strategies for dealing with challenges are provided, along with all the support and guidance you need.
Bonuses include special interviews with knowledgeable and influential experts in the field, amazing recipes, exercise and fitness guidance, and daily lessons for achieving optimal health. This program consists of 5 modules, intended to last 5 weeks, but you can certainly go at your own pace!
